ew6 contains a powerful Global Document Repository System (Store). Some of the many features are:

• All resources are published into a global document repository, including all items posted to a DropBox, personal area, learning area…etc
• All stores have review facilities built in, so specify a reviewer role to control what appears to other users.
• All published content has a review date, such that when a document has reached its review time, a message is automatically sent to the respective authors to either continue with the document, or expire it, or change it.
• Ability to create unlimited categories, each with their own view and edit role permissions.
• All documents have an active date, so control when resources appear for students
