ewSignInOut

ewSignInOut is a complete SignInOut recording tool. Its primary purpose is to allow students and staff to sign in and out using a swipe card and a touch screen. It records all sign in and out records.
 

Features:

• Sign In/Out- Allows both students and staff to sign in and out
  • Forces the user to select a list of predefined reasons
  • Can generate a receipt printed a POS printer
  • Manual sign in option available for staff to record
  • Setup groups of sign in/out reasons and use the groups at different installation points e.g. use in the Library or sick bay…etc.
• Attendance Integration- Integrates into the ews Attendance system
  • E.g. student signs out at 11.00 AM with reason “Medical Appointment”. Subsequent class periods will be set to “Absent” with a note specifying the reason - “Medical Appointment”
  • many options on how attendance data is recorded:
  • is “Present” used on post sign in periods
  • what absent reason is selected for sign out
  • ignoring prior recorded attendance
  • recording late for current sign in periods
  • define cut off sign in time
  • many others…
• Where to use- many schools use the system for Library sign in/out, Front Office, Sick Bay…etc.
